The Counter

Counter theater.

Thirty seats around one counter, in two wings of fifteen. No kitchen door, no distance — the chef, the season, and you.

The Counter

The counter is the theater.

01

Take your seat

Main Counter to the right, VIP Wing to the left — fifteen seats each, every one facing the chefs.

02

Choose your course

Six courses, from the Lunch Course to The Symphony. The counter guides you; the catch decides the rest.

03

Watch it composed

Liquid nitrogen, oak smoke, a torch, a brush of gold — each plate is finished within arm’s reach.

04

Taste at the moment

Every plate is handed across at its exact temperature and second. That timing is the point of the counter.

Seating

One thirty-seat counter in two fifteen-seat wings — Main Counter and VIP Wing. A center partition opens for full-venue evenings of up to thirty guests.

The vibe

Smart-elegant. Low-lit, precise, unhurried — dress for an occasion, settle in for a performance.

How long

Courses run roughly 90 minutes to two and a half hours, by course. Two seatings daily — lunch from 12:00, dinner from 17:30.

Two seatings, one stage

Lunch at noon, dinner at half past five. The lights settle, nitrogen drifts across the counter, and the first plate arrives. Twice a day, the room becomes a stage.
